本隐私政策说明 GPS Camera（“本应用”）如何处理信息。本应用由上海码翼信息科技有限公司（Shanghai Mayi Information Technology Co., Ltd.，“我们”）运营。我们遵循数据最小化原则，仅在提供相机、水印、天气和订阅功能所必需的范围内处理信息。
1. 我们处理的信息

2. 系统权限
- 相机：拍摄照片和视频。
- 麦克风：仅在录制带声音视频时使用。
- 照片添加权限：将你确认保存的照片或视频添加到系统相册；本应用不要求读取整个相册。
- 使用期间的位置：生成地点、经纬度、海拔、定位精度和天气水印。
你可以在 iOS“设置”中撤销权限。撤销后，相应功能可能不可用；未订阅用户的水印只显示日期和时间。
3. 第三方服务与信息共享
我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会为跨情境行为广告共享个人信息。为实现必要功能，信息可能由以下服务处理：
- Apple：App Store、StoreKit、系统相册、定位/反向地理编码及 WeatherKit。适用 Apple 的隐私政策和服务条款。
- RevenueCat：管理订阅权益和交易状态。参见 RevenueCat Privacy Policy。
- 法律要求：在法律法规、司法程序或保护用户与公众安全所必要时，我们可能依法披露信息。
第三方可能在你所在国家或地区以外处理数据。相关跨境处理由第三方依据其政策、合同和适用法律负责，我们会在可控范围内选择具有合理保护措施的服务商。
4. 保存期限与删除
- 水印设置、本地事件计数和历史缩略图保存至你删除相关内容、清除应用数据或卸载本应用。
- 保存在系统相册中的媒体由你通过“照片”应用管理，卸载本应用不会删除这些媒体。
- Apple 和 RevenueCat 按其政策及法律义务保存订阅和交易记录。
5. 安全
我们采用设备端处理、系统权限控制和传输加密等合理措施保护信息。但任何存储或传输方式都不能保证绝对安全，请妥善保护你的设备和 Apple ID。
6. 你的权利与选择
根据适用法律，你可能享有知情、访问、更正、删除、撤回同意、限制或反对处理、获取副本以及投诉等权利。你可以：
- 在 iOS“设置”中管理相机、麦克风、照片和位置权限；
- 在应用中关闭可选水印字段，或卸载应用以删除本地应用数据；
- 在 Apple ID 的订阅管理中管理订阅；
- 发送邮件至 wingssoftservice@outlook.com，或通过 App Store 产品页面的“App 支持”提交请求。
为保护安全，我们可能需要验证请求与你使用的设备或交易的关联。依法必须保留的信息可能无法立即删除。
7. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向适用法律规定的最低数字同意年龄以下儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。如果你认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过下述方式联系我们。
8. 政策更新
功能、第三方服务或法律发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。重大变更将在应用内、App Store 页面或其他适当渠道提示，并更新顶部日期。

GPS Camera Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how GPS Camera (the “App”) handles information. The App is operated by Shanghai Mayi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海码翼信息科技有限公司, “we,” “us,” or “our”). We follow data-minimization principles and process information only as needed to provide camera, watermark, weather, and subscription features.
1. Information We Process

2. Device Permissions
- Camera: to take photos and record videos.
- Microphone: used only when recording video with sound.
- Add to Photos: to add media you choose to save; the App does not request access to read your entire library.
- Location While Using the App: to create address, coordinate, altitude, accuracy, and weather watermarks.
You may revoke permissions in iOS Settings. The related features may then be unavailable. Watermarks for non-subscribers display date and time only.
3. Service Providers and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by:
- Apple: App Store, StoreKit, Photos, location/reverse geocoding, and WeatherKit, subject to Apple’s policies and terms.
- RevenueCat: subscription entitlement and transaction-status management. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- Legal disclosures: where required by law, legal process, or to protect users and public safety.
Providers may process information outside your country or region. Such processing is governed by their policies, contracts, and applicable law. We seek providers with reasonable safeguards where within our control.
4. Retention and Deletion
- Preferences, local event counters, and history thumbnails remain until you delete related content, clear App data, or uninstall the App.
- Media saved to Photos is controlled through the Photos app and is not deleted when GPS Camera is uninstalled.
- Apple and RevenueCat retain subscription and transaction records under their policies and legal obligations.
5. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as on-device processing, system permission controls, and encrypted transport. No storage or transmission method is completely secure; please protect your device and Apple ID.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to notice, access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction or objection, portability, and complaint. You may manage permissions in iOS Settings, disable optional watermark fields, uninstall the App to remove local App data, manage subscriptions through your Apple ID, or email wingssoftservice@outlook.com.
We may need to verify that a request relates to your device or transaction. Information required by law may not be deleted immediately.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age under applicable law, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided such information.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy as features, providers, or laws change. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and update the date above.
