GPS Camera 用户协议
欢迎使用 GPS Camera（“本应用”）。本协议由你与上海码翼信息科技有限公司（Shanghai Mayi Information Technology Co., Ltd.，“我们”）订立。下载、访问或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意本协议和《隐私政策》。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。
本应用通过 App Store 提供，应用是许可使用而非出售。Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议同时适用；如本协议与该协议冲突，以适用法律和 Apple 要求为准。
1. 功能与会员权益
本应用提供带日期、时间、地点、坐标、天气和自定义信息的水印拍照与录像功能。非会员可以使用基础水印拍照，水印仅显示日期和时间。Pro 会员可按应用内实际展示解锁录像、高级水印样式以及地点、经纬度、天气、自定义文字和专业记录字段。功能可能因设备能力、系统版本、地区、权限和第三方服务可用性而不同。
2. 自动续订订阅
- 本应用可能提供周订阅和年订阅。实际产品、当地价格、币种和周期以购买页面及 Apple 购买确认界面为准。
- 符合 Apple 资格判断的用户可能获得周订阅 3 天免费试用；每个用户是否符合资格由 Apple 决定。若不符合资格，购买页面不会承诺该试用。
- 确认购买后，费用由 Apple ID 账户收取。免费试用结束后，除非在试用结束前取消，否则订阅将按所选周期和页面显示价格自动续订。
- 除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅会自动续订；续订费用可能在当前周期结束前 24 小时内由 Apple 收取。
- 你可以在 iOS“设置”→ Apple ID →“订阅”中查看、变更或取消订阅。删除本应用不会自动取消订阅。
- 退款、账单争议、价格调整及试用规则由 Apple 根据其政策和适用法律处理。恢复购买功能用于恢复同一 Apple ID 下符合条件的权益。
3. 使用许可
在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、有限的、非独占的、不可转让且可撤销的许可，在你拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上为合法的个人或内部业务用途使用本应用。未经适用法律明确允许，你不得复制、出租、出售、再许可、分发、逆向工程、规避技术限制或制作本应用的衍生作品。
4. 用户内容与责任
- 你保留对所拍摄照片、视频及输入文字依法享有的权利。我们不会因你使用本应用而取得其所有权。
- 你应确保拍摄、录音、添加位置或个人信息以及发布内容具有合法依据，并取得被拍摄者、场所或权利人的必要同意。
- 你不得利用本应用侵犯隐私、肖像、著作权或其他权利，不得用于骚扰、跟踪、欺诈、伪造证据、违法监控或其他违法有害活动。
- 请勿在水印或媒体中加入不必要的敏感信息。你应对媒体的备份、分享对象和后续使用负责。
5. 定位、天气与水印准确性
定位、地址、天气、海拔、时间和精度信息来自设备、系统及第三方服务，可能受到信号、网络、设备设置、时区、服务中断或数据延迟影响。本应用不保证这些信息持续、完整或绝对准确。水印仅为辅助记录，不构成测绘成果、气象预警、身份认证、公证、执法记录或法律证据保证。请勿将本应用作为安全关键、医疗、导航、应急或其他要求绝对准确性的唯一依据。
6. 权限、设备与安全
你可以拒绝或撤销相机、麦克风、照片及位置权限，但相关功能可能无法工作。录制时请注意环境安全，不要在驾驶、操作机械或其他危险情况下分心使用本应用。使用本应用产生的数据、网络和电量费用由你承担。
7. 第三方服务
本应用依赖 Apple 的 App Store、StoreKit、照片、定位/反向地理编码和 WeatherKit，以及 RevenueCat 的订阅管理服务。第三方服务由相应提供者控制，可能受其条款、隐私政策、地区限制和可用性约束。我们不控制第三方服务，也不保证其永久可用。
8. 更新、变更与终止
我们可能为安全、兼容性、法律或产品原因更新、调整、暂停或停止部分功能，但不会无故剥夺你已依法取得的消费者权益。你可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用。若你严重违反本协议，我们可以在适用法律允许的范围内限制或终止许可。终止不影响此前产生的付款义务、知识产权、责任限制及依法应继续有效的条款。
9. 知识产权
本应用的软件、界面、品牌、图标、水印模板和相关材料由我们或许可方拥有，并受知识产权法保护。Apple、WeatherKit、RevenueCat 及其他名称和标识归各自权利人所有。
10. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用”状态提供。我们不保证应用无中断、无错误、适合特定目的或所有水印数据准确。对于法律不得排除或限制的消费者保证，本协议不作排除或限制。
11. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用或无法使用本应用、媒体丢失、第三方服务、定位或天气误差而产生的间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或后果性损失承担责任。任何限制均不适用于因故意或重大过失造成的责任，也不限制适用消费者保护法下不可放弃的权利。
12. 适用法律与争议
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响你惯常居住地强制性消费者保护规则。争议发生时，请先通过下述方式联系我们协商；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院、消费者保护机构或其他法定机构寻求救济。Apple 标准最终用户许可协议中关于 Apple 的适用法律与争议条款继续适用。
13. 协议更新与联系

GPS Camera Terms of Use
Welcome to GPS Camera (the “App”). These Terms are between you and Shanghai Mayi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (上海码翼信息科技有限公司, “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the App.
The App is distributed through the App Store and is licensed, not sold. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If terms conflict, applicable law and Apple’s requirements control.
1. Features and Pro Access
The App offers watermarked photo and video features using date, time, location, coordinates, weather, and custom information. Non-subscribers may take photos with a basic watermark showing date and time only. Pro subscribers may unlock video recording, premium styles, location, coordinates, weather, custom text, and professional record fields as displayed in the App. Features may vary by device, OS, region, permissions, and provider availability.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- The App may offer weekly and annual subscriptions. Available products, local price, currency, and duration are shown on the purchase page and Apple confirmation sheet.
- Users whom Apple determines eligible may receive a three-day free trial on the weekly plan. Eligibility is determined by Apple; the App will not promise a trial when you are ineligible.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID after confirmation. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a trial converts to a paid auto-renewing subscription at the displayed price and selected interval.
- Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically. Apple may charge renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds, billing disputes, price changes, and trial rules are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. Restore Purchases restores eligible access associated with the same Apple ID.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business purposes. Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not copy, rent, sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, circumvent technical restrictions, or create derivative works of the App.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
- You retain rights you lawfully hold in photos, videos, and text you create. We do not acquire ownership merely because you use the App.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis and obtaining any required consent to capture people or places, record audio, add personal/location information, and publish content.
- Do not use the App to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights, or for harassment, stalking, fraud, fabrication of evidence, unlawful surveillance, or harmful activity.
- Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in watermarks or media. You are responsible for backups, recipients, and subsequent use of your media.
5. Accuracy of Location, Weather, and Watermarks
Location, address, weather, altitude, time, and accuracy data come from the device, operating system, and providers and may be affected by signal, network, settings, time zone, outage, or delay. The App does not guarantee continuous, complete, or exact data. A watermark is an aid to recordkeeping and is not a survey, weather warning, identity certification, notarization, official law-enforcement record, or guarantee of legal evidence. Do not rely on the App as the sole source for safety-critical, medical, navigation, emergency, or other accuracy-critical decisions.
6. Permissions, Device, and Safety
You may deny or revoke camera, microphone, Photos, or location access, but related features may stop working. Stay aware of your surroundings and do not use the App while driving, operating machinery, or where distraction is dangerous. You are responsible for data, network, and battery costs.
7. Third-Party Services
The App relies on Apple App Store, StoreKit, Photos, location/reverse geocoding, and WeatherKit, and on RevenueCat for subscription management. Providers control their services, which are subject to their terms, privacy policies, regional restrictions, and availability. We do not control or guarantee permanent availability of third-party services.
8. Updates, Changes, and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compatibility, legal, or product reasons without unlawfully removing acquired consumer rights. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. If you materially breach these Terms, we may restrict or terminate the license where permitted. Termination does not affect prior payment obligations, intellectual property, limitations, or provisions intended to survive.
9. Intellectual Property
The App software, interface, brand, icons, watermark templates, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Apple, WeatherKit, RevenueCat, and other names and marks belong to their respective owners.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy of all watermark data. Nothing excludes consumer guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the App, media loss, providers, or location/weather errors. No limitation applies to liability caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to non-waivable consumer rights.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your habitual residence. Please contact us first to seek an informal resolution; you may still use courts, consumer agencies, or other remedies with jurisdiction. Apple’s Standard EULA provisions governing disputes involving Apple remain applicable.
13. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as features or laws change. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and update the date above.
