MAYISH Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the 2Shot application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1.1 Information You Provide

• Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us via email.

1.2 Purchase Information

• Subscription Information: Subscription status, product identifiers, purchase dates, and an anonymous app user identifier are processed by Apple and RevenueCat to provide and restore purchases.
• Local Preferences: Video quality, frame rate, aspect ratio, grid and preview preferences, recording mode (Dual Video or Dual Capture), and the picture-in-picture mirror setting are stored only on your device using UserDefaults.

1.3 Video Content

Video content you record using 2Shot — including Dual Capture videos that combine the front and rear cameras into a single picture-in-picture video — is processed entirely on your device and saved directly to your photo library. We do not upload, transmit, or store your recorded videos on our servers.

1.4 Information We Do Not Collect

• Location: We do not collect your location.
• Contacts: We do not access your contacts.
• Photo Library Content: We only request add-only access to save your videos and do not read your existing photos.
• Advertising Identifiers: We do not collect or use advertising identifiers, and we do not serve ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's functionality
• To manage your subscription and process purchases
• To save videos to your photo library upon your request
• To remember your preferences and settings
• To respond when you contact us for support

3. Third-Party Services

3.1 RevenueCat

We use RevenueCat to validate and manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat processes purchase information and an anonymous app user identifier according to its privacy policy. Payment details are processed by Apple and are not provided to us.

3.2 Apple App Store

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Your transaction history and payment information are governed by Apple's privacy policy and terms of service.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: Your settings and preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.
• Photo Library: Recorded videos are saved directly to your device's photo library, subject to your device's privacy settings.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Permissions We Request

• Camera: Required to record video content. In Dual Capture mode, both the front and rear cameras are used simultaneously.
• Microphone: Required to capture audio with your videos.
• Photo Library: Add-only access is required to save your recorded videos. The App does not read your photo library.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device's Settings app.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or use your personal information for advertising. Information is shared only with Apple and RevenueCat as needed to process purchases, or in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
