Welcome to 2Shot. By downloading, installing, or using the 2Shot application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
By accessing or using 2Shot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and representing that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2Shot is a video recording application that allows users to capture, preview, and save video content to their device's photo library. The App offers various video qualities, frame rates, and aspect ratios to enhance your recording experience. In Dual Capture mode, the App records from the front and rear cameras simultaneously and saves the result as a single picture-in-picture video file.
2Shot does not require you to create an account. Purchases are associated with your Apple Account and are processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
Certain features of 2Shot require a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscription details, including pricing, billing period, and features, are displayed within the App before purchase. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings. A lifetime purchase is charged once and does not automatically renew.
If you purchase Lifetime Access while a subscription is still active, the subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it in your App Store subscription settings.
Eligible users may receive a free trial of the App's premium features for the duration displayed within the App and on Apple's purchase confirmation screen. At the end of the trial, the selected subscription automatically renews at the displayed price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Eligibility is determined by Apple and is generally limited to one introductory offer per subscription group.
You retain ownership of all video content you create using 2Shot. Recorded videos remain on your device and are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to record and share your content.
You agree not to use 2Shot to:
2Shot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MAYISH Co., Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
All purchases made through the App are final and non-refundable unless as required by applicable law. You acknowledge that billing for subscriptions is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple's refund policies.
Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with its policies. Please contact Apple Support to request a refund where applicable law provides for one.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAYISH CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MAYISH Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAYISH Co., Ltd. is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple Inc.'s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Some features, including Dual Capture, depend on your device's hardware capabilities. Recorded videos are stored locally on your device and in your photo library; you are responsible for backing up your recordings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the loss or corruption of locally stored data.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to the use of digital services in your country, to use the App.
