1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using this application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App allows users to generate AI-powered sound effects based on text prompts, and convert text to speech using a variety of AI voices. Generated audio may be saved locally on the user's device.

3. Credit System

The App operates on a credit-based system:

Sound Effects:

• Sound effects cost 10 credits.

Text to Speech:

• 200 characters or fewer cost 10 credits.
• Beyond 200 characters: 50 credits per 1,000 characters (minimum 20 credits).

4. Free Credits

New users may receive 10 complimentary credits upon first use. The App does not require account registration.

5. In-App Purchases

The following credit packages are available via in-app purchase:

• $4.99 – 100 credits
• $39.99 – 1000 credits

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies.

5a. Subscription Plans

The following subscription plans are available via in-app purchase:

• Weekly Subscription – Unlocks unlimited download and usage of all sound effects for 7 days.
• Yearly Subscription – Unlocks unlimited download and usage of all sound effects for 365 days.

Subscription Benefits:

• Unlimited downloads of all available sound effects
• Unlimited usage of sound effects for personal or commercial purposes
• Access to all current and future sound effect libraries

Subscriptions are billed through Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the App to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its underlying technology are owned by the developer. Generated sound effects may be used for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise restricted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
