一、引言 / Introduction

欢迎使用 SnapJournal（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用由个人开发者 yanhengzhang 提供和运营（以下简称“开发者”）。本用户协议（以下简称“本协议”）系您与开发者之间就使用本应用及其服务所达成的具有法律约束力的协议。
Welcome to SnapJournal (“the App”). The App is developed and operated by individual developer yanhengzhang (“the Developer”). This Terms of Use (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and the Developer governing your use of the App and its related services.

请您在使用前仔细阅读本协议的全部内容。使用本应用即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议的约束。
Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by its terms.

二、服务内容 / Description of Services

SnapJournal 是一款日记记录应用，允许用户创建、编辑并导出日记内容为图片保存至相册。部分功能需通过订阅解锁。
SnapJournal is a journaling app that allows users to create, edit, and export journal entries as images saved to their photo library. Some advanced features require an active subscription.

三、订阅与自动续订 / Subscription and Auto-Renewal

1. 本应用提供以下自动续订订阅计划：
- 周订阅：$2.99
- 年订阅：$29.99
- 免费试用：无
The App offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Weekly: $2.99
- Yearly: $29.99
- No free trial.

2. 订阅由 Apple App Store 管理，费用将在用户确认购买时从 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store, and payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3. 除非用户在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将自动续订。续订费用将在订阅期结束前 24 小时内从账户扣除。
Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew, and renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours before the period ends.

4. 用户可在 Apple ID 设置中管理或取消订阅。取消后，已支付费用不予退还。
Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions in Apple ID settings. Payments already made are non-refundable.

5. 本应用使用 Superwall SDK 进行订阅与付费管理，Superwall 仅处理与订阅状态验证相关的必要数据，不会访问或存储您的个人信息。
The App uses Superwall SDK for subscription and payment management. Superwall processes only the necessary data to verify subscription status and does not access or store your personal data.

四、用户权利与义务 / User Rights and Responsibilities

1. 用户应当在遵守法律法规及本协议的前提下合理使用本应用。
2. 用户不得以任何形式复制、修改、逆向工程、出售或分发本应用的内容或代码。
3. 用户对其在本应用中创建的内容享有完整的知识产权，但授权开发者在技术层面上为提供服务而有限使用。
4. 开发者有权在不通知的情况下修改或终止部分功能，以改进服务或保障安全。
Users must comply with applicable laws and this Agreement.
Users may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute any part of the App.
Users own the content they create within the App but grant the Developer limited rights to process it technically for service provision.
The Developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue certain features for service improvement or security.

五、知识产权 / Intellectual Property

除用户创建内容外，本应用及其所有代码、界面设计、图标、文案均归开发者所有，受相关法律保护。未经书面许可，任何人不得擅自使用、复制或传播。
All intellectual property rights in the App (excluding user-generated content), including code, design, icons, and text, belong to the Developer and are protected by law. Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

六、免责声明 / Disclaimer

1. 本应用以“按现状”提供，开发者不对其适用性、可靠性或满足特定需求的能力作出任何保证。
2. 用户因操作不当或设备原因导致的数据丢失、图片损坏或其他损失，开发者不承担责任。
3. 本应用所有功能均在本地运行，不会上传或存储用户数据于任何服务器。
The App is provided “as is” without any warranty of suitability or reliability.
The Developer is not responsible for any loss caused by user actions or device issues.
All processing occurs locally, and no user data is uploaded to any server.

七、协议修改 / Amendments

开发者保留随时更新本协议的权利。修改后的条款将在 App 内或官方网站上发布，自发布之日起生效。
The Developer reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be published within the App or on the official website and will take effect upon publication.
